Full time Project Manager

Aquatic Control Engineering (ACE) Ltd is recruiting for experienced Project and Contract Managers, to join our growing projects team. We are a growing company which supplies and installs; innovative water level control equipment, flood defence structures, fish passes and waterway maintenance machinery.

Successful candidates must have the ability to:

Work as part of a team, project manage, including multi-disciplinary contracts, ensuring clients’ stated objectives and requirements are met. Delivering on time, on budget, and ensure that the design and technical content of all work carried out under your control is correct and fit for purpose. To be able to personally review all significant elements of the detailed design, health and safety, also to use check and control procedures

A driving licence is essential as you will need to travel to and from various UK sites.

Mechanical and/or civil engineering experience is a must, electrical and/or hydraulic knowledge would be advantageous, specific training and technical support will be provided.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, skills and qualifications.

Full time Site Supervisor/Manager

Aquatic Control Engineering (ACE) Ltd is recruiting for an experienced M&E Site Supervisor or Site Manager to join our growing installation team.

We are a growing company which supplies and installs; innovative water level control equipment, flood defence structures, fish passes and water way maintenance machinery.

ACE is based in Rampton in Nottinghamshire, it is crucial that any applicants can commute to our head office. However, ACE operate within the whole of the U.K. and Ireland, we complete projects from Cornwall to Scotland. Therefore, the successful applicant must be prepared to travel and spend significant time away from home.

Candidates must have the ability to:

Organise works on sites and manage timelines of projects, Manage sub-contractors, Manage on site health and safety, write and work to risk assessments and method statements.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential along with a valid CSCS card. SSSTS or SSMTS qualification is advantageous but can be provided.

Driving licence is also essential as you will need to travel to and from various sites.

Mechanical engineering experience is a must, electrical and or hydraulic knowledge is advantageous. Specific training and technical support will be provided.

Other advantageous qualifications include; confined spaces, PASMA, fire marshal, first aid, working at heights, abrasive wheel, slinger signaller. However Specific training and technical support will be provided.
